Ms. Akhand says: I got to know Marli when she was in 10th grade. She was quiet and would try to get out of participating in Spanish, but everyone always encouraged her and then she in turn encouraged them as well. I watched her become more confident as the school years went on. Marli is a conscientious, hard working student and these qualities will take her far in life. She has a great sense of humor and possesses a Cheshire Cat grin that lets you know she’s up to something. Marli will be missed by students and staff!
