Ms. Fratangelo says: I am so delighted that I got the chance to get to know Cierra. She is one of the first high school students I really got a chance to know and I am so thankful I did. She was very shy at first but she opened up more as we got to know each other. I see many qualities in her that I have myself such as perseverance, how caring she is, and her incredible intelligence.
