Parents and Guardians,
Governor Wolf has just signed Act 66. This gives you the right to tell us that you want your student to repeat their grade level even if they passed this past school year. After the virtual and hybrid learning environments due to COVID-19, parents may feel that their child needs in-person instruction to fully understand the grade-level skills. If your student is on track to pass last school year, but you would like to request that they repeat instead, please fill out the Act 66 Form from the PA Department of Education and send it to info@upcs.net before July 15th.
