Parent Letter 1-25-2022

January 25, 2022

Dear Urban Pathways Families,

Due to the predicted freezing temperatures, Urban Pathways 6-12 Charter School will have remote instruction Wednesday, January 26th through Friday, January 28th. Students should work from home, following their daily Quarter 3 schedule and attend classes via Zoom.

There will be some schedule changes in the elective/specials classes, so be sure to check Google Classroom for invitations from your new teacher(s). These are the first days of quarter 3, so it is essential that students do their very best to attend all Zoom classes and to follow all assignment directions and take the work of learning seriously. Especially for students who earned low or failing grades in quarter 2, this is a fresh start for earning the credits necessary to pass on to the next grade.

Students will be returning to in-person learning on Monday January 31, 2022. We will be following the updated CDC Covid-19 guidelines found here. A reminder that students are required to wear masks, and students who do not follow mask guidelines will be sent home.

If you have any questions, please contact the office at (412) 392-4601.
