Members of the staff and PBIS team met with students March 5th and 6th to discuss "Treating Others with Respect" in the community and school wide. This is the one of the school-wide expectations that is part of the PATH (Prepare Yourself, Accept Responsibility, Treat Others with Respect, Help Each Other Be Safe). Staff discussed with students what respect means to them and reviewed ways to demonstrate respect to others on a daily basis. The school is running a campaign to acknowledge the many students who are demonstrating respectful behavior on a daily basis and increase kindness and respect within the building. Several more lessons are planned, along with a field trip incentive at the end of April to acknowledge the efforts of our students.
