Connecting Students with Local Community Members
Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) is an organization that matches adult volunteers with students so the adults can guide and be a mentor to the students.
The goal of BBBS is to help kids realize their potential and build the confidence to chase after their dreams and create a bright future.
The “bigs” and “littles” as they are called are matched based on interests, hobbies, or similar characteristics.
Meetings take place twice a month and during that time, “bigs” and “littles” enjoy lunch and activities together.
BBBS provides our students with the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with an active member in the local community.
